Where we come from
Avineon Tensing combines deep expertise from complementary origins:
- Avineon began in 1992 in the US, developing specialised capabilities in data engineering and digital transformation across multiple sectors.
- Tensing built its reputation in the Netherlands as trusted geodata specialists, embodying the sherpa philosophy of reliable guidance and technical excellence. Named after Sherpa Tenzing Norgay, Tensing stands for mastery, reliability, and partnership.
Today, we operate as one integrated consultancy with a presence across Europe, America and Asia with close collaboration between our teams in the UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, India and the US.
