Backup Manager is a SaaS product that backs up your ArcGIS Online content to the cloud and restores it when you need it. Where is the data stored?

Backups are stored in Avineon Tensing's cloud infrastructure on AWS. You choose which AWS geographic region your data resides in. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each customer's backups are logically isolated.
