Upcoming Adjustments to the FME Annual Maintenance Model
In recognition of the significant enhancements to the FME Platform, including the introduction of FME Form and FME Flow which replaced FME Desktop and FME Server, Safe Software is adjusting its Annual Maintenance pricing.
These maintenance prices have remained unchanged for over twenty years and no longer align with the advanced capabilities and structure of the current FME offerings. This adjustment aims to reflect the updated value provided by the modern FME platform.
Starting from the 1st of August 2025, all legacy FME products will be formally deprecated and updated to FME Form and FME Flow licences. Consequently, the existing Annual Maintenance pricing structure for legacy products will cease on 31 July 2025.
All maintenance renewals processed after this date will adopt the new pricing, which is aligned with the list prices for FME Form and FME Flow.
